Blogs in the classroom!

BLOG REFLECTION: How might you use mobile technologies or blogs in your classroom?

I realized I wanted to share this idea with you all too.

For VTS class I shared that I sometimes have students pre-write to organize their thoughts before starting the class conversation. I wonder what it would be like to blog a VTS? At first I thought about starting the VTS pre-writing on a blog, but just now I realized that students will then go online and look up the work (Perhaps) and then be influenced by the art history of it, not their own thoughts (possibly). If we used the Fine Arts iPads to type on the class blog instead of writing on a worksheet in class, I wonder if that would open things up? And my room is a bit of a black hole, so until we get a WAP we could probably do it without internet research no prob.
